Privacy notice

• Contact details and enquiry information: your name, phone number, email address, travel dates, destinations, group size and the messages you send us.
• Booking details: passport details, date of birth, emergency contact, and dietary or health information relevant to your trip, only when you give it to us.
• Documents you choose to share for visa or study abroad support, such as your passport, bank statements or certificates.
• Payment records, so we can confirm and receipt your payments.
• Reviews you send through our website: your name, trip, star rating and message. We publish a review only if you tick the box allowing it, and we remove it whenever you ask.

This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this notice first.

• To answer your questions and prepare your quote.
• To book, organise and run your trip, and keep you informed about it.
• To help you prepare a visa or study application, when you ask us to.
• To keep the business and tax records the law requires.
• To send you offers and news, only if you agree. You can stop these messages at any time.

Our contact form and buttons open WhatsApp, so messages you send us that way are also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

• The suppliers needed for your trip, such as hotels, transport companies, guides and airlines.
• Embassies, visa centres and schools, only when you ask us to help you apply.
• Payment providers and our professional advisers.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We never sell your personal information.

When you travel abroad, some of your details go to suppliers and authorities in the country you are visiting, because your trip cannot be arranged without them.

We keep your information for as long as we need it for your booking or application, and business records for as long as the law requires. Copies of passports and other documents are deleted when they are no longer needed, normally within 12 months of your trip or application, unless you ask us to keep them for a future trip.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and limit access to the people who need it to serve you.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and tell us to stop sending you marketing messages. Contact us at info@linkmigtravel.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to Ghana’s Data Protection Commission.

We collect children’s details only from a parent or guardian, and only to arrange a booking.
