Football Trials & Team Tours
Travel, visas and logistics for trials and team tours abroad.
Overview
Invited to a trial with a club or academy abroad, or taking a team on tour for a tournament or friendly matches? We take care of the travel: visa documents, flights, accommodation and getting around, so players and coaches can focus on football. Trials and matches are arranged with the clubs, academies or organisers themselves; we don’t represent players or negotiate contracts.
How it works
- 1
A conversation about the trial or tour: the club or organiser, the dates and who is travelling
- 2
Checking the invitation letters and documents each player and official needs
- 3
Visa document checklist and review for each traveller
- 4
Flights, accommodation and local transport planned around the schedule
- 5
A pre-departure briefing for players, coaches and parents
- 6
On hand during the trip if plans change
